Applying to CSF
Your application must have the following three elements and be
turned in to Ms. Prater in B4 by the end of lunch on Fri, Oct 1.
1) Appropriate application form
2) Grade printout from last semester
Print an unofficial copy of your grades from last semester (Spring 2021) and attach them to the application. (You can do this from Aeries).
2) Receipt for $5 donation payable on AHS webstore
